We also run Boot Camps for teenagers wanting to keep fit both mentally and physically throughout their exam years. Exercise is often sidelined at this stage in life and it really shouldn't be.
This isn't about necessarily losing weight but putting good habits in place for the rest of a young persons life.
If they can see the fun and reward achieved through exercise now, they will hopefully carry this through their time in education and their professional lives.
These classes are aimed at 15-18 year old's and held after school hours in Jesmond.
£5 per session booked in blocks of six weeks
